Notes
to tenants
A letting
period is for a minimum of 6 months, but can
be longer, subject to agreement with the Landlord.
A non-refundable fee of £40.00 (including
VAT) is payable by each Tenant when we take
up references with MARAS (our credit checking
agents).
An administration
fee in the sum of £70.00 including VAT
is payable on Tenancy Agreement. On signing
a Tenancy Agreement, one month's rent is payable
in advance, together with a Bond equal to one
month’s rent plus £100.00
As a
Tenant you would be responsible for all utility
payments. E.g. Council tax, Water rate, Gas
and Electricity. The landlord's responsibilities
are to maintain the building, to insure and
to carry out repairs. |
