Notes to tenants

The tenancy is usually for an initial minimum period of 6 months, but can be longer, subject to agreement with the Landlord. A non-refundable fee of £70 including VAT is payable by each Tenant when we take up references with our professional Credit Checking Agency (FCC Paragon)
 
An administration fee in the sum of £200 including VAT is payable once the credit check has been carried out. This must be paid before any of the property preparation that we carry out on your behalf commences. At the point of signing a Tenancy Agreement and before you move in, one month's rent is payable in advance, together with a Bond/Deposit equal to one and half month’s rent.

As a Tenant you would be responsible for all utility payments. e.g.; council tax, water rates, gas and electricity. We also insist that you have a suitable contents insurance policy, throughout the term of your Tenancy. The Landlord's responsibilities are to maintain and insure the building and to carry out any required repairs
