Hinckley Area Guide

Hinckley is a market town in South-West Leicestershire and is commonly known as home of Triumph. With a Leisure Centre built in 2016 and a new bus station with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket built in 2018 the town is experiencing a small renaissance.

  • Cineworld Cinema Hinckley: A multiplex cinema chain which shows the latest international blockbusters. Located in the Crescent 
  • The Crescent: A shopping mall in the town centre with its own car park.
  • Bond Street Distillery & Social: Hinckley’s first Gin Distillery with a lively atmosphere, a great location for a night out. 
  • Hinckley Golf Course: An 18-hole, par 71, private golf course, established in 1894. The course is considered one of the “Must play” courses in the Midlands
  • Hollycroft Park: A large, beautiful park situated in the centre of Hinckley. A perfect place for a walk or a picnic.
  • Argents Mead: Next to the high street and the popular Leisure Centre, the mead has a bandstand which hosts a variety of music performances alongside a new children’s play area.
  • Queens Park: One of Hinckley’s oldest parks dating back to 1871. A new play area was installed in 2010 and in 2015 an outdoor gym was installed, free to use to the public. A perfect place for a dog walk.
