We take the security of client money very seriously. All funds are held within a designated client account, and rental deposits are held by the Deposit Protection Scheme. Tenancy Deposit Protection was introduced in April 2007 as part of the Housing Act 2004 for all assured shorthold tenancies in England and Wales where a deposit was taken, as a way to raise standards in the lettings industry and ensure you are treated fairly at the end of the tenancy.
