Paul, along with Helen his Wife, was one of the founding Directors of the business. Having been in the financial services industry since leaving school in the 80's, Pauls passion is around business excellence.
Pauls main role within the Group is not only that of Group Managing Director, but also that of heading up the Financial Services Division of the Group, Key Financial Services. Over the years since Key Financial Services was established in 1998, Paul has arranged 1,000s of mortgages for clients from the mortgage market place, from First Time Buyers to seasoned investors, but most importantly reviewing the mortgages for clients to ensure that the products continue to be the best for clients after the initial fixed or offer periods have ended.
In January 2016, Paul was very proud to accept the 2016 award for The Top Sales Quality Advisor at the Annual Finance Planning Group awards, after being nominated by Legal & General PLC.
Helen, the other founding Director of the business in 1998, has a wealth of Financial Services and Estate Agency knowledge and experience.
Helens experience started back in the early 90's with a well known building society when she worked in their residential possessions department and was responsible for marketing properties which had been repossessed.
Over the years since, Helen has worked in the Financial Services and Estate Agency sectors. Helen is not only a fully qualified and practicing Mortgage and Protection advisor, but for over 5 years led the Lettings Division of the Group, before taking overall responsibility for the Sales Division.
Veronica is our Senior Property Consultant, and joined the group in 2009.
Since starting with Key, Veronica has been well known to the majority of our vendors and purchasers, as the main role for Veronica is ensuring the viewings take place and are fully followed up through to the negotiating stage for the all important sale/purchase.
Leah started with the Group in 2009, and over the time was worked in many departments, including Lettings, Sales and now in her role as Directors PA.
Leah is not only responsible for the day to day management for the Directors, but has the responsibility for the Financial Services administration department. Leah is well known to all Financial Services clients as Leah deals with all the mortgage cases to ensure that they come to a successful completion, as well as the associated sales transactions.
The importance of "after the agreement of a sale" of a property can never be overstated, as we are increasingly seeing issues arising in chains where a party is using an on-line style agency, then collapse due to the lack of appropriate sales chasing by such agents. As a result of the persistence in these areas, we are very proud of the very small fall through rates where we are involved.
Like in any business, the money does not look after itself, and Sues main responsibility is to make sure that all runs smoothly where the accounts are concerned, reporting not just to the Directors, but also the accountants.
Sue joined Key in 2005, and as a result has seen many changes in the market place since joining.
