Group Managing Director

Paul, along with Helen his Wife, was one of the founding Directors of the business. Having been in the financial services industry since leaving school in the 80's, Pauls passion is around business excellence.


Pauls main role within the Group is not only that of Group Managing Director, but also that of heading up the Financial Services Division of the Group, Key Financial Services. Over the years since Key Financial Services was established in 1998, Paul has arranged 1,000s of mortgages for clients from the mortgage market place, from First Time Buyers to seasoned investors, but most importantly reviewing the mortgages for clients to ensure that the products continue to be the best for clients after the initial fixed or offer periods have ended.


In January 2016, Paul was very proud to accept the 2016 award for The Top Sales Quality Advisor at the Annual Finance Planning Group awards, after being nominated by Legal & General PLC. 





Helen, the other founding Director of the business in 1998, has a wealth of Financial Services and Estate Agency knowledge and experience.

Helens experience started back in the early 90's with a well known building society when she worked in their residential possessions department and was responsible for marketing properties which had been repossessed.

Over the years since, Helen has worked in the Financial Services and Estate Agency sectors.  Helen is not only a fully qualified and practicing Mortgage and Protection advisor, but for over 5 years led the Lettings Division of the Group, before taking overall responsibility for the Sales Division.



Rob Gibbens

Branch Manager

Rob joined Key in April 2017 as Business Development Manager, he quickly became a valuable and respected member of the team and was promoted to Branch Manager in 2019. Rob is also our Senior Valuer and provides a professional, knowledgeable service whether it's a valuation for sale or rental that is required.  Born and bred in Nuneaton he knows the area very well.  Before attending a market appraisal Rob spends time preparing for the appointment, taking along comparable evidence to support his valuation, making sure properties hit the market at the correct price, optimising prime marketing time and not needing to be reduced after only a few weeks due to lack of interest.  

Prior to joining Key Rob studied Law at Coventry University and is currently studying for the Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property and also Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.  New regulations coming into force over the next few years, mean both of these qualifications will be mandatory for everyone in a customer facing role within the property market and being the professional he is, Rob is making sure he is ahead of the game.

Away from the office Rob enjoys spending quality time with his partner and their dog, he enjoys watching sports and playing the guitar.

Veronica Addy

Senior Property Consultant

Veronica is our Senior Property Consultant, and joined the group in 2009.   Having lived in Nuneaton for 30 years she is a wealth of knowledge about the area and can advise on different areas of the town, schools and anything else a buyer might like to know.

Since starting with Key, Veronica has become well known to our vendors and purchasers, as her main roles are carrying out viewings, following them up. negotiating sales and then chasing solicitors and other agents in the chain to try and get to completion as smoothly and quickly as possible.  

She is currently studying for her Level 3 qualification in Residential Sales, this is soon to be a mandatory requirement for anyone working in the property market and being very dedicated to her job, Veronica wants to ensure she is ahead of the game.

Out of work Veronica loves to spend time with her family, with her Grandchildren keeping her busy.  She also likes doing puzzles and watching quizzes, soaps and dramas on TV.

Jess Parker

Property Consultant

Jess joined KEY in 2019 and it has been a pleasure to watch her grow.  Very happy and enthusiastic, she quickly became a valuable member of the team and loves to learn as much as she can about all aspects of the business.  Jess carries out viewings, is a Trainee Valuer, negotiates sales and on our Lettings side, carries out property visits and creates detailed, comprehensive inventories for our Landlords.  She is currently studying for the Level 3 Award in The Sale of Residential Property and also Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management.

Leah Moffitt

Personal Assistant to Directors

Leah started with the Group in 2009, and over the time has worked in many departments, including Lettings, Sales and now in her role as PA to the Directors.


Leah is not only responsible for day to day management for the Directors, but also for the Financial Services administration department. Leah is well known to all Financial Services clients as she deals with mortgage cases, ensuring that they come to a successful completion, as well as any associated sales transactions.


Sales chasing is a very important part of Leah's role, she often needs to get involved to overcome problems that threaten the chain, where other parties step back and just hope for the best and as a result of her persistence, persuasiveness and hard work, we are very proud that we have an extremely small fall through rate.  


Sue Carnevale

Accounts Administrator

Sue joined Key in 2005 and looks after the Company's accounts being directly responsible to the Group Managing Director and the Accountants.  Sue has worked through booms and busts of the property and financial markets and has a vast amount of experience.  She is the matriarch of the business and likes to look after everyone, keep us all in-line.

Outside of work Sue is a wife, Mum and Grandma and loves spending quality family time.
